Training for Trainers (26 Feb – 1 Mar 2013)
Target participant:
§ Training managers/coordinators in-charge of developing and managing capacity building plans for staff and partners
§ Trainers and facilitators who wish to make innovative changes in their courses
The purpose of the course: By the end of the training course, the participants will be able to:
§ Applied learner-centered methodology in traning sessions;
§ Practiced essential warming-up strategies to promote learners’ participation;
§ Used effective communication skills to enhance supportive learning environment;
§ In-corporated experiential learning cycle with creative methods to meet learning objectives
